What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers together with our partner's project team
  • Provide strategic advice to help partners grow their business in line with the company's market goals
  • Prepare impactful business proposals for major developers in the Philippines
  • Lead value-added activities such as regular meetings, project coordination, and alignment with key decision-makers.
  • Engage with specifiers, architects, and interior designers to influence project outcomes
  • Maintain and update a project pipeline, tracking value, timelines, and win rates monthly
  • Drive product display strategies for target Kitchen Solutions customers and ensure premium brand positioning
  • Collaborate on pricing, discount schemes, and incentive programs to maintain market competitiveness

What We're Looking For
  • About 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management—preferably in building materials, kitchen systems, or home improvement
  • Strong network among developers, architects, and design professionals
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for premium brands and customer-focused solutions
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A collaborative, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
