Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Retail Business Development / Sales Manager to help grow our retail operations and expand our market presence. This role focuses on finding new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership skills to support company expansion and maintain our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute plans to grow the business through new markets, products, services, and partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to guide business decisions.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Sales & Revenue: Manage the sales pipeline, close new business deals, and help meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and build the brand's visibility.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development activities to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team (if applicable), fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management (preferably in the retail industry).
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and able to work independently or with a team.
This is an ON SITE set up and Day Shift schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
