RESPONSIBILIITIES:

Customer Service

  • Ensures that each member/guest receives high quality service
  • Ability to respond to all calls and emails from members regarding their reservations.
  • Meets and greets all member/guest in a friendly and professional manner

Coordination

  • Ensure that all reservations in the outlet are accurate and complete to avoid errors.
  • To work cooperatively with F&B staff regarding guest reservations

Information

  • Promote and support events, new offers and amenities of the club to contribute to its operational success.
  • Must be updated with club activities and inform managers, supervisors, trainers, et. al. of phone messages, schedule changes, client cancellations, etc.
  • Assists in handling the concerns and questions of member/guest.
  • Be able to answer questions about the Alphaland projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • With Strong communication skills
  • Successful applicants will receive Monthly Service Charge.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
