IT PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID: Once a month RTO)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage projects to meet deadlines and specifications
  • Create project plans, timelines, and cost estimates
  • Define and document project requirements and features
  • Write clear and complete user stories
  • Ensure realistic and efficient task estimates
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and resource availability
  • Mentor team members on project management practices
  • Handle stakeholder communication and expectations
  • Continuously improve processes and implement changes
  • Engage in activities that support organizational values

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or any related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a project manager (or similar role

Proficiency in the following:

  • Scrum, or similar agile frameworks
  • JIRA, or similar project management tools
  • Requirements gathering, and story writing
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Ability to effectively manage time and multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Project Management certification is preferred but not required
  • Scrum certification is preferred but not required
