Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and related industries.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Coordinate closely with management and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) – mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, building materials, or distribution.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently, with high initiative and professionalism.

  • Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig, with occasional travel to Pulilan, Bulacan showroom.
