What are we looking for?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Generalist Virtual Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative and support services to our brokers and internal teams. This role involves handling day-to-day tasks that keep operations running smoothly, such as email management, data entry, basic research, calendar coordination, and file organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email correspondence, flagging urgent items and responding when appropriate
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across various platforms
- Conduct basic online research to support team projects and decision-making
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems or real estate platforms (a plus but not required)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
