Your Responsibilities
The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various business functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Training will be provided for specialized tasks, and experience with tools such as Shopify or Xero will be considered an advantage.
Administrative Support
Organize and schedule meetings
Manage calendars and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative materials
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, record keeping, and handling email correspondence
Automation & AI Support
Work with automation tools and AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency
Assist in setting up and maintaining automated processes
Customer Service
Handle inbound phone calls and customer inquiries
Provide support and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely manner
Sales & E-commerce Support
Assist with sales-related tasks
Support activities on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify); experience preferred but not required
Research
Conduct online research as needed
Compile, analyze, and present findings to support business decisions
Basic Accounting Support
Perform simple accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Training will be provided; prior accounting experience not required
Familiarity with Xero software is preferred but not essential
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
Customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
