Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Records & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and external stakeholders.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

  • Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.

3. Taxation:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Provide tax planning and advice to optimize tax obligations.

4. Auditing:

  • Facilitate internal and external audits.

  • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

5. Accounts Management:

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations.

  • Monitor and implement updates to regulatory requirements.

7. Financial Advice & Support:

  • Provide guidance on financial decisions and risk management.

  • Support the leadership team with cost-saving initiatives and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
