  • Preparing Monthly Financial Statements

  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Statements ( Forecasting and Actual)

  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly preparation of Management Reports (HQ and HQ-Other Country)

  • Prepares Journal Entries, Month End Journal, and Register Fixed Assets in System

  • Reconciles General Ledger in the System.

  • Check All the vouchers ( AR/AP and Treasury).

  • Monitor Inventory Costing Reconciliation.

  • Closing of books monthly

  • Supervise Tax team members.

  • Prepare Yearly Audit Requirements and Audit procedures.

  • Coordinate with External Auditors and BIR.

  • Tax Returns Filing (2550M,2550Q, 1601E Monthly & Quarterly, 1702Q, and DST and other filings).

  • Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy

-Must be a CPA

  • 4-6 years related experience in General Accounting & Taxation

  • Well Experienced in communicating with BIR Auditors and External Auditors for yearly Audit.

  • Can work on flexible hours and can render during weekends if needed.

  • Knowledgeable in Accounting System.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
