Your Role:

  • Individual Contributor Level:
  • Handle and perform both General Ledger (GL) and Management Accounting (MA) operations tasks daily, including month-end close (MEC) activities.
  • Manage GL processes and tasks to provide internal customers with financial data and reports.
  • Assist in maintaining master data and accounts.
  • Perform financial analysis and support user testing related to ERP/GL tasks.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level:
  • Support Management Accounting activities, including cost accounting and profitability analysis for assigned entities.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to manage maintenance and posting processes in cost accounting.

  • Leverage expertise to seek better process performance and contribute to process excellence initiatives.

  • Team Lead Level:

  • Provide an accurate and timely overview of overhead costs for controlling analysis and business decisions.
  • Maintain cost accounting master data in line with global guidelines and integrity constraints.

  • Manage master data-related requests and ensure compliance with international standards and guidelines.

  • Manager Level:

  • Lead financial analysis and perform advanced processing for complex or sensitive GL activities.
  • Handle escalations and provide strategic support for financial operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with local entity finance to resolve process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
  • Experience:
  • For Entry-Level: 1 to 3 year of experience in General Ledger Accounting Operations.
  • For Mid-Level: 5 to 7 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting Operations.
  • For Senior Level: 7+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, with a focus on leadership and mentorship roles.
  • Experience within a Shared Service Center is preferred.
  • Knowledge:
  • Profound accounting knowledge (IFRS, GAAP) is required.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in full-cycle cost accounting and profitability analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP CO-OM and SAP CO-PA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Location & Schedule:
  • Willing to be based in Manila, Philippines (Local Hire).
  • Shift schedule: Non-MEC (1 PM - 10 PM) and MEC (9 PM - 6 AM).
