CaribCr8 is a creative marketing and video production agency that helps brands stand out through storytelling, strategy, and visual content. We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable, talented Virtual Assistant
to help manage communications, leads, and creative tasks for our growing network.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls from leads generated through Google Ads.
  • Make outgoing follow-up calls and help close new client inquiries.
  • Manage the company's inbox — respond to real leads, delete spam, and stay organized.
  • Post and update social media pages using provided
    Canva templates
    .
  • Monitor social media inboxes, engage with followers, and filter messages.
  • Assist with
    on-page and off-page SEO
    to improve brand visibility.
  • Do light
    graphic design
    and
    video editing
    to support campaigns.
  • Send outreach emails to potential clients and maintain email communications.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be
    based in Manila, Philippines
    (occasional in-office attendance required).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong ability to close sales confidently and professionally.
  • Experience with
    Canva
    ,
    social media management

    SEO
    ,
    basic video editing
    , and
    graphic design
    .
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
