About the role

This is a full-time Customer Care position with Kaiser International Healthgroup Inc. based in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the company's clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by providing clear explanations and practical solutions
  • Referring more complex queries to appropriate departments or subject matter experts
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to management
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • MALE with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software to access and update customer information
  • A genuine passion for providing top-notch customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
