
Aged Care Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day administrative support to our care coordinators, ensuring that services are coordinated smoothly and efficiently. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and escalating clinical or case management issues to the relevant care coordinator.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
- Experience working with Australian clients.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
