About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and emails, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
  • Handling a range of customer service requests, from general inquiries to complex troubleshooting
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer service software
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the call centre or insurance industry
