Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Secretary to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, and assist with general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Prepare and manage documents and reports.
- Assist with office administrative and duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Living within Metro Manila
- High attention to detail and time management skills its a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 per month
Shift: Monday to Friday
