Job Role: Admin/accounts/EA

Compensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

We pride ourselves on sourcing and supplying the finest natural stone and porcelain from around the world, delivering quality, consistency, and style for projects of every scale.

Role Overview: We are seeking an Admin / Accounts / EA to support our team with a mix of administrative, accounts, and executive assistance tasks. This role involves data entry, invoicing, stock management, and providing day-to-day support to management and the wider team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices in a timely manner.
  • Handle receiving and sending stock, ensuring correct documentation and smooth flow of goods.
  • Provide general administrative support to the in-house team.
  • Assist with internal processes and help streamline daily operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Track and follow up on payments, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, or service providers when needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive company information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration, accounts, or EA roles.
  • Experience supporting executives with day-to-day tasks.
  • Flexible and comfortable with multitasking across different priorities.
  • Able to provide support on projects when needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach and fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
