You'll liaise with prospects, manage collaterals, maintain HubSpot CRM, and support executive operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things tight and tidy, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Client Liaison & Follow-UpsServe as the friendly point of contact for prospects via email, chat, and LinkedIn.Schedule meetings (Calendly), confirm agendas, and share recap notes and next steps.Collateral & ProposalsSend pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pricing sheets promptly.Prepare proposals, NDAs, and MSAs; route documents for e-signature (DocuSign/PandaDoc).CRM Hygiene (HubSpot)Create/update contacts, companies, and deals with complete properties.Log activities, attach files, track stages, owners, next steps, and close dates.Maintain workflows, sequences, and templates; flag data issues early.Executive Support (Sales)Organize and maintain account folders in Google Drive.Draft meeting briefs, pull pipeline snapshots, and prep decks for executive calls.Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams.Light Operations & EnablementKeep sales playbooks, FAQs, and boilerplate collateral current.Coordinate with marketing and operations for case studies and handoffs.Monitor shared inboxes and SLAs; escalate blockers promptly.Success Metrics (KPIs):Lead response time: < 2 business hours during coverage windowCRM completeness: 95–100% fields populated on active dealsCollateral turnaround: < 24h for standard packs; < 48h for custom proposalsMeeting prep: Briefs and agendas sent ≥ 24h before callsData accuracy: 0 critical errors; < 1% minor corrections per monthTask reliability: ≥ 98% on-time completionYou'll Be Great at This If You Have:2–4+ years in Sales Support, Sales Ops, Client Coordination, or Executive Assistance (B2B preferred)Excellent written and spoken English; professional, polite, and concise communicationHubSpot CRM proficiencyStrong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)Experience with Calendly, Zoom/Meet, and e-signature toolsImpeccable attention to detail, version control, and documentation hygieneAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and protect executive timeExperience in HRNice to Have:Background in professional services, tech, or outsourcingBasic reporting (HubSpot or Google Sheets)Light process/SOP writing and template managementTools You'll Use:HubSpot CRM Google Workspace Calendly Zoom/Google Meet Slack DocuSign/PandaDoc Notion/ConfluenceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeApplication Question(s):Do you have 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Client Coordination, or Executive Assistance in a B2B setting?
