As our Area Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving significant results across several key areas of our business:

Sales Growth and Volume Achievement:

  • Set and achieve ambitious monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive continuous year-over-year sales growth.
  • Expand sales volume to meet or exceed company goals.

Distribution and Market Development:

  • Ensure efficient and intensive distribution of products to the right channels.
  • Expand the distribution network to penetrate new markets and increase our market share.

Account Management and Customer Service Excellence:

  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address all inquiries promptly.
  • Enhance the overall shopping experience through effective trade merchandising and in-store promotions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and train team members to foster professional growth and enhance their skills.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • 3–5 years' experience in retail or direct selling, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
  • Holder of a Professional Driver's License.
  • Solid knowledge of distribution strategies, account management, and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams and cross-group collaboration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve processes and overcome challenges.
  • Organized and time-efficient, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with distribution laws and regulations.
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere nationwide.
