Job Description:

  • The position is responsible for supervising the Logistics Operations in the assigned area, ensuring complete accuracy and in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner
  • Taking the lead in ensuring excellent distribution services are being provided to the customers
  • Effective Logistics Operation supervises the entire distribution operations of Finished Goods and other merchandise materials covering assigned area deliveries, depot, provincial and export shipments
  • Plans shipments and deliveries thereby ensuring optimum utilization of time, vehicle space and route
  • 3PL Accreditation and Services Assessment continuous sourcing and recommends service reliable 3PL for accreditation to suffice fleet and shipment requirement
  • Personnel Management Prepares written formalities for request of additional personnel under his area
  • Plans for continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and attitude of the section personnel.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration related courses in the field of Customs, Industrial Engineering and Logistics Operations
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in Logistics Operations
  • Possesses very good Leadership, Communication and Decision making Skills
  • With advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel & other applications used for reporting
  • Able to work under pressure, highly trustworthy & willing to work on irregular schedule

  • Work schedule: Mondays - Saturdays
  • Work arrangement: Onsite - Pasig | Fulltime
