  • Supply Coordination and Procurement Support:
  • Act as the liaison between all branches and the CEO in matters related to supply procurement.
  • Receive, consolidate, and verify branch supply requests including vaccines, medical consumables, forms, and office needs.

  • Ensure requests are submitted in a timely manner and aligned with actual consumption trends and inventory movement.

  • Inventory Monitoring:

  • Track branch inventory levels through submission of usage reports and reorder alerts.
  • Help identify fast-moving, critical, and underused items to avoid overstocking or shortages.

  • Coordinate with branch managers to standardize inventory reporting formats and intervals.

  • Cold Chain Management:

  • Support and monitor the cold chain process for vaccines and other temperature-sensitive items.
  • Ensure that branches have working and properly calibrated refrigeration units, digital thermometers, and updated temperature logs.

  • Conduct spot checks (onsite or via reports/photos) to ensure adherence to DOH guidelines on storage and transport of vaccines.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Submit monthly reports detailing:
  • Consolidated supply requests from all branches.
  • Stock movement trends and consumption rates.
  • Pending deliveries and procurement updates.

  • Cold chain status and compliance issues (if any).

  • Branch Coordination:

  • Assist branches in addressing supply-related concerns such as delivery delays, shortages, or wastage reporting.
  • Support new branch openings by facilitating their initial supply setup checklist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
