Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Spare Parts Supply Specialist (Reliever)

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

The Spare Parts Supply Specialist (Reliever) is responsible for managing the inventory and supply of spare parts to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery in the plant. This temporary position will support the maintenance team by ensuring that all necessary spare parts are available and properly accounted for. The role involves coordinating with the materials management group, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels for the plant.
• Coordinate with materials management group to order and replenish spare parts as needed.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize and store spare parts in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Track and document the usage of spare parts, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address spare parts needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the handling and storage of spare parts.

What are the Qualifications?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in line with business and/or engineering.
• Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Km. 10 Sasa, Davao City.
• As a reliever position, applicant must be willing to work for a contract period of 4 months only.
