The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes. This role ensures efficient supply chain operations by optimizing sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and inventory control while minimizing costs and ensuring on-time delivery. The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project requirements and maintain seamless operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

2.    Oversee procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

3.    Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

4.    Ensure on-time delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses.

5.    Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to meet material requirements.

6.    Analyze supply chain performance metrics and optimize processes.

7.    Ensure compliance with logistics, import/export, and regulatory requirements.

8.    Implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

9.    Coordinate with the Finance Department to monitor budgets, costs, and supplier payments.

10.  Lead team training and development to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in supply chain systems, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
