Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Actively identifying new business opportunities through activities like cold calling, networking, and email outreach.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Guiding potential clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and signing contracts.
  • Product & Service Presentation: Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Working to meet and exceed predetermined sales goals and driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaising with internal departments, such as customer support and marketing, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends and clients' business challenges to better tailor solutions.

Required Skills:
