About Us
Gomeco Metal Corporation is a leader in stainless steel kitchen equipment fabrication, supply, and installation. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team
- Job Responsibilities
a. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
b. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive business growth
c. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts
d. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the commercial kitchen industry
e. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
f. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
g. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
b. At least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in kitchen equipment, foodservice, or industrial sales
c. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
d. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
e. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
f. Experience in B2B sales and key account management is an advantage
