Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients. This role involves driving sales of ICT solutions, identifying business opportunities, providing consultative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to understand their ICT needs and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the enterprise sector.
- Drive sales of ICT hardware, software, and integrated solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in ICT distribution or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
