What you'll be doing
- Manage the accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices, matching purchase orders, and processing payments
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Support the implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
What we're looking for
- B.S. Accountancy or related
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
