As may be assigned, the following are the major processes or functions of a Distributor Compensation and Benefits Officer

  • Computes distributor's compensation
  • Computes incentives, monitors loans and other deductions
  • Prepares regular reports and ad hoc, when necessary
  • Responds to email queries from Distributors
  • Investigates and provide solutions to email queries and concerns
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participates in projects as maybe required
  • Participates in process or system enhancements, as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Accounting
  • Experience in customer service
