We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery team at various levels—from Assistant Consultant to Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and delivering complex, IT-enabled transformation programs within Procurement and Supply Chain, while driving operational excellence and strategic outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management: Oversee and manage delivery execution across Procurement & Supply Chain engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project scope, and organizational standards.
  • Solution Support: Contribute to solution design, estimation, proposal preparation, and participate in client presentations and orals.
  • Performance Management: Drive key delivery metrics including utilization, revenue growth, and margin improvement across assigned accounts or programs.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and execute Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield implementations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, member firms, and global hubs to ensure seamless multi-geography delivery.
  • Capability Development: Build and enhance delivery capabilities within the Procurement & Supply Chain practice through effective resourcing, coaching, and skills development.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and effective governance.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain transformation and strategy across multiple industries.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex IT-enabled programs in Procurement & Supply Chain.
  • Hands-on experience with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of leading Procurement & Supply Chain platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, o9, Blue Yonder).
  • Familiarity with emerging digital and automation technologies, including business AI and digital procurement platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

Certifications in one or more of the following platforms are highly desirable:

  • SAP Ariba
  • Coupa
  • Ivalua
  • Blue Yonder
  • o9 Solutions
