Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve escalated tickets from the service desk and L2 support team.
  2. Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
  3. Configure, provision, and maintain Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
  4. Oversee Windows Server and endpoint management, including patching and performance optimization.
  5. Perform firmware upgrades and manage device lifecycle activities.
  6. Configure and troubleshoot networking and firewall systems.
  7. Implement and maintain email security tools and configurations.
  8. Administer Active Directory, including GPO management and identity access controls.
  9. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and reduce backlogs through efficient prioritization.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical guidance where required.
  11. Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives and contribute to IT process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Proven experience in a Level 3 IT Engineering / Senior Support role.

  2. Strong hands-on experience with:

  3. Microsoft Azure & AWS

  4. AVD provisioning and troubleshooting
  5. Windows Server administration
  6. Enterprise networking and firewall platforms
  7. Active Directory & Group Policy
  8. Email security systems
  9. Experience handling and prioritizing tickets in an ITSM or helpdesk platform (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira).
  10. Excellent troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

  1. Knowledge of security frameworks and enterprise security best practices.
  2. Experience with endpoint and network security tools.
  3. MSP or consulting background is an advantage
