Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in application or production support
  • Highly technical, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently or in teams
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 support model, including on-calls, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for application and data environments, including incident resolution, minor enhancements, and root cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge databases for solutions and incidents
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across cloud and application environments (Azure, GCP, Databricks, Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues within SLA
  • Perform proactive support, execute ad hoc requests, and prevent recurring incidents
  • Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Take ownership of functional tasks or contribute as a Designer, Tester, or Implementer in various projects

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
