Job Summary EUC Engineer(Network & Desktop Support)(Casual/Part Time)

We are looking for an L1 EUC Support Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance and support to end users. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and providing onsite/remote desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Exp: 2+yrs

Onsite: Taguig, Philippines(Part Time- Contractual role)

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches.

Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when required.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights through Active Directory.

Document incidents, problems, and solutions in the ticketing system.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and repairs.

Ensure all assigned tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science (or related field).

2–3 years of experience in desktop / end-user support.

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing).

Strong problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.

Good communication skills (spoken and written English).
