Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders during the implementation phase, driving timely and accurate project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and client-facing projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
- Review and validate deliverables before submission to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Facilitate effective meetings with internal teams and clients
- Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports
- Address and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary
- Maintain a working knowledge of contact center operations and supporting technologies
- Understand basic networking, telecom, and infrastructure concepts
- Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to service delivery
- Motivate and guide team members toward achieving project objectives
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Identify process enhancements and implement best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation
- Manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience
- Build strong relationships that support long-term partnerships
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within a BPO environment
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software
