Job Summary:

The Oracle Senior Manager for Customer Experience will lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects, driving business transformation through Oracle Cloud solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, customer experience platforms, and system integration, with proven leadership in managing teams and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Oracle CX and integration projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Guide teams in solution design, development, testing, and deployment using Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle modules and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide mentorship, performance management, and professional development to team members.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Oracle Cloud tools for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) / Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / Oracle APEX.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Proven implementation experience in Oracle Fusion (Cloud); EBS experience may be considered for certain levels.
  • Minimum of 1–3 full cycle implementation projects, depending on seniority.
  • Strong background in system administration, monitoring, integration, and enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
  • Oracle certifications (an advantage but not required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
  • Experience handling industries such as Retail, Finance, Utilities, or Telecommunications is an advantage.

Leadership Experience (for Senior Manager Level):

  • Expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting, KPI Management, Profitability & Cost Management, and Management Reporting.
  • High client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong background in Integration, Extensions, and Enhancements within Oracle environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cloud-focused implementations, preferably with more OIC/Cloud exposure than EBS.
