Objectives of this Role

• Process Cash Movements: Efficiently manage client cash flows, including deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Client Inquiry Management:Handle direct client inquiries efficiently via email, ensuring that accurate resolutions are provided.
• Chargeback Management: Handle chargeback processes effectively, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
• Monitor Third-Party Transactions (KYT): Oversee all transactions (known as Know Your Transaction or KYT) to detect and prevent potential fraud, ensuring smooth third-party funding operations.
• Transaction and Balance Report Management: Grab transaction reports and balance data regularly, and generate balance reports at mid and at the end of each month to ensure all transactions and accounts are reconciled accurately.

• Operational Support: Assist with various operational activities related to customer account management, including:

• Providing escalation support for complex client queries.

• Offering expert advice to clients on payment-related matters.
• Ensuring accurate client file maintenance and regular reconciliations (daily/weekly).
• Managing claims and handling other relevant operational tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant College degree
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or payment operations is highly preferred.
• Both strong verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Exercise good judgment
• Has the ability to cope with stressful circumstances
• Has Relevant Organizational Skills, Time Management, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be currently residing in Metro Manila
• Able to work on shifting schedules and holidays
• Work on-site in BGC
• Has a strong internet connection at home with back up option
• Proficient in MS Excel (for tracking, reconciliations, report generation, and analysis)
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
