QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • With at least two years experience in customer sales support

Key Responsibilities:

Closing Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services over the phone, utilizing sales techniques and scripts.

Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services

Record Keeping: Documenting customer interactions, sales data, and relevant information.
