Are you organized, tech-savvy, and excited about the fast-paced world of online selling? We're looking for a highly motivated Online Sales Coordinator to support and enhance our online operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and update our Lazada and Shopee stores, including product uploads, inventory, and campaign coordination
  • Process daily customer orders, prepare order summaries, and ensure items are packed accurately with correct waybills
  • Coordinate with couriers for on-time pickups and maintain smooth day-to-day online store operations
  • Prepare regular online sales reports and join strategy meetings with e-commerce agents and the marketing manager

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopee/Lazada is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
