About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at Ampere Resources Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic sales team. In this full-time, office-based position in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and managing customer files
  2. Communicating with clients to address inquiries, handle orders, and provide updates on sales activities
  3. Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, company profile, submittals and other marketing materials
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  5. Maintaining accurate records and data of clients
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency
  7. Providing backup support to the wider administrative team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  2. At least 1 year experience in sales support, coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
  3. Can provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and managing customer files
    Ability to handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  4. With basic knowledge in sales process (quotations, purchase order, etc.)
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
