Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales on Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Product Listings

  • Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing and high-quality images.
  • Ensure all listings are compliant with platform guidelines and policies.

Customer Interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues in a timely manner and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Promotion Management

  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities.

Order Management

  • Oversee order processing, ensure timely delivery, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Monitoring

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok selling platforms

Skilled in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proven experience in online sales or similar role.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales or e-commerce.

In-depth knowledge of the products being sold.

Effective negotiation skills to close sales and resolve issues.

Ability to plan and execute online sales campaigns.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
