Sales Coordinator

· To ensure that the banks are paying or liquidating us on time, the responsibilities are as follows:
o To coordinate with the brands of Viva Foods' store leaders on timely submission of the monitoring files (redemption reports, etc.) that are needed by the bank partners, etc.
o To review correctness of all report formats based on individual requirements by the bank partners
o To coordinate with the Finance Department on the clearance and approval of all reports based on individual requirements of the bank partners
· VIVAMAX & VIVA ONE PROMOS. To ensure that the inventory of pins and vouchers are accurate and on time, the responsibilities are as follows:
o To coordinate with the brands and the stores on the daily monitoring report of the Redemption of Vouchers and Activation of pins.
o To monitor the daily monitoring reports through a consolidated report, to ensure that vouchers and pins are always available in the stores.
o To coordinate with the Vivamax Team on the inventory of vouchers and pins, so that the supply of vouchers and pins to the stores are done on a timely manner.
· DELIVERY SALES ADS & PROMOS. To ensure that the budget allocation of our brands are in check, and the consolidated sales reports are accurate and on time, the responsibilities are as follows:
o To document and consolidate the expenses of the sales promos of all delivery partners.
o To extract and prepare the individual sales reports of the Delivery Sales of the brands.
o To document and consolidate the general expenses of the sales promos of all delivery partners.
