Responsibilities: 

Oversee on-site activities, including equipment delivery, construction progress, testing, and commissioning of a solar power plant project. Actively drive and push contractors and the OE to meet performance targets, resolve delays, and ensure alignment of project milestones. Coordinate construction interfaces and resolve site-level issues in collaboration with the EPC contractor, OEs and project team. Facilitate construction progress meetings Monitor project schedule, identify risks to milestones and critical path, and recommend corrective actions or optimizations. Oversee and manage compliance with HSE requirements, local construction regulations, applicable standards, and LGU-related obligations. Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders to resolve issues impacting construction, permits, or logistics. Lead punch-list inspections, ensure conformance with technical specifications, and participate in project closeout and lessons learned reviews. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering Licensed Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer Over 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Construction Manager Strong background in construction management, with solid knowledge of QA/QC and HSE standards Hands-on experience in solar project construction and implementation In-depth understanding of construction-related permitting processes and the preparation and execution of QA/QC and HSE plans Proficient in construction monitoring tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Experience with EPC or Owner's Engineer role in utility-scale solar or energy infrastructure projects is an advantage
