About the role

AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City Cebu, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our Call Centre operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of products and services
  4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service
  5. Documenting customer interactions and following up on any unresolved issues
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  7. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
  4. Experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  5. A positive and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
