About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' as a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you will be providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients remotely from Cebu Central Visayas.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
