About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Victorian Placement Agency' as a Non Voice Customer Service Representative. Based in our Cebu City Cebu office, this is a full-time position where you will be supporting our clients with a range of customer service tasks.

As a Non Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, even in a voluntary or internship capacity
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively
