Multimedia Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of multimedia content that captivates our audience, promotes our games, and strengthens our brand presence. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in various multimedia tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging multimedia content including videos, animations, motion graphics, static images, social media assets, website banners, and other visual materials for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, email campaigns, presentations).
• Video Production: Handle all aspects of video production from pre-production (storyboarding, scriptwriting, shot lists) to post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, special effects).
• Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, in-game assets, promotional materials, and brand collateral, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to style guides.
• Audio Editing: Edit and mix audio for videos, podcasts, and other multimedia projects, ensuring high-quality sound.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, game development, and community management teams to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest multimedia trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative approaches to content creation.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of multimedia assets.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve multimedia content.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in multimedia content creation, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, graphic design, and motion graphics is required.

Technical Skills

• Video Editing Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Graphic Design Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Audio Editing Software: Familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity).
• Bonus: Photography/Videography: Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound recording equipment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
