PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE SPECIALIST

The Creative Specialist is responsible for developing and executing innovative concepts, visuals, and content that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

This role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to create engaging campaigns, digital assets, and branded materials that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

The Creative Specialist ensures that all creative output maintains a high standard of quality and consistency across all channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design: Develop graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital campaigns, websites, social media, packaging, and print materials.

  • Creative Production: Produce marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, infographics, and product visuals.

  • Content Creation: Design and produce graphics, videos, and multimedia content for social media, websites, advertising, email, and other digital platforms.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, voice, and tone across all channels.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to bring concepts to life that meet business and campaign objectives.

  • Trend Research: Stay updated on creative, design, and cultural trends to inform fresh, innovative ideas.

  • Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand's visuals fresh and relevant.

  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the impact of creative assets and refine based on feedback and performance data.

  • Innovation: Explore and recommend new tools, platforms, and approaches to improve creative output and efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, or multimedia production.

  • Proficiency with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools).

  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.

  • Ability to translate strategic goals into creative execution.

  • Strong project management and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across different creative outputs.

  • Video editing, motion graphics, or photography skills (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
