Role Overview

The Graphics & Content Specialist in Phoenix Water Solutions is an entry-level creative position responsible for producing visually appealing designs and engaging content to support marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of graphic design and content creation who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print, including social media posts, website banners, digital ads, and presentations
  • Produce and edit video content for campaigns, internal projects, and client use (short-form and long-form)
  • Repurpose and adapt creative assets across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency in branding
  • Maintain a clean, minimalist, and masculine aesthetic in all creative outputs
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to support campaigns, brainstorm concepts, and execute visual strategies
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a creative asset library for easy access and version control
  • Perform advanced photo editing, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate campaign quality
  • Provide creative input to improve overall media and design strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in media production, graphic design, and/or video editing (experience within a marketing department preferred)
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva
  • Strong eye for design, layout, motion, and typography with a minimalist, clean style
  • Experience in creating brand-consistent, visually striking multimedia content
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in video editing platforms such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut
  • Familiarity with animation, motion graphics, and illustration
  • Understanding of content best practices across social media and digital platforms
  • Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly content formatting (a plus but not required)

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Remote work setup with reliable internet connection
  • Able to work in the assigned schedule and meet project deadlines
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning
  • Available to work full-time on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • We conduct background checks. Submission of a valid NBI Clearance is required upon onboarding.
