About the role

As a Sales Associate (Receptionist) at CYTS (Philippines) Tour Limited Inc.', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the company's sales efforts in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about the company's products and services
  • Assisting customers with making application and requirements
  • Maintaining a well-organized and presentable reception area
  • Increase added revenues by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling sales techniques
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance requirements
  • Ability to meet monthly sales goals
  • Supporting the counter service team with various tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment and computer software
  • Experience with sales is highly preferred
  • Passion in sales
  • A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
  • Minimum of 1 year sales and/or customer service experience preferred
