We are urgently hiring a Post Sales Staff to assist customers after purchase, ensure service satisfaction, and coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle after-sales support and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to resolve issues
  • Process client requests, documentation, and feedback
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up
  • Maintain and update client records accurately
  • Prepare post-sales reports and assist in account coordination
  • Support team with order tracking and service completion
  • Help identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or post-sales preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with schedule
