We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Staff to join our Machinery Division in the Philippines.

The role involves promoting industrial machinery and equipment to local and Japanese manufacturing clients, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and payments, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle order processing, including quotations, purchase orders (POs), and delivery coordination with the Japan Head Office.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and payment processing.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments and due dates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports of all business transactions.
  • Communicate effectively in English with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer relations.
  • Hands-on experience in order processing, quotation preparation, and billing is an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in a trading or manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to travel locally or internationally as required by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
