Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax & Accounting Head, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Tax & Accounting Head will be responsible for overseeing the financial statements, conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and managing accounting operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations and auditing standards. The individual will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Statements, Finance, and Financial Reporting
  • Advanced Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Accounting practices and principles
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and audit procedures
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in the National Capital Region, Philippines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within an accounting department
